1986.1The “La Cintura di Orione” cookware set was developed in consultation with renowned and Michelin-starred chefs Alain Chapel, Raymond Thuilier, Pierre and Michel Troisgros, Roger Verge’, Gualtiero Marchesi and Angelo Paracucchi, and under the coordination of gastronomy expert Alberto Gozzi. The materials and shapes of the respective cookware components have been chosen and designed to assure optimal results for a range of specific dishes.
