Milk Glass

Ritzenhoff commissioned a series of designers to design illustrations for a milk glass, including Richard Sapper.

Sapper’s design illustrates a cow. As the milk is drunk and the glass slowly empties, the pupils on the opposite side of the glass match up with the eyes in the front of the glass and the red tongue matches up with the cow’s mouth to complete the illustration.
